The Sean "P. Diddy" Combs saga may be coming to a close with the judge denying bail for Mr. Combs.

If found guilty what happens to his Star Island homes?

In 2003, the founder of Bad Boy Records relocated to Star Island by acquiring Tommy Mottola's extensive nine-bedroom, 12-bathroom property in Miami for $14.5 million.

After two decades of shaking tailfeather's. The Bad Boy to "Freak Off" host, spent almost $40 million to purchase the home next door, 1 Star Island, which was previously owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan.

The 1.3-acre property boasts an 8,000-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, in addition to an immaculate outdoor oasis. Sitting on a corner lot with waterfront views of the Miami skyline.

Last July, in a generous act welcoming new neighbor Ricky Rozay into the neighborhood. Mr. Combs gifted the "hefty boss" a luxurious golf cart and these words of wisdom.

“This is an intimate space,” Diddy told the Carol City native. “I’m not playing with you, Rozay: no f--ing parties, no pool parties. I’m the head of the [committee], I don’t do none of that s--t!”

Not only is Star Island private, pristine and stunning, it has history. Completed in 1922 by the Army Corps of Engineers by dredging sand in Biscayne Bay, the man-made parcel of land was initially owned by developer Carl Fisher. Soon after famed architect Walter De Garmo built the first mansion, the global elite began to sit up and take notice. (The 1924 Mediterranean Revival beauty was sold in 2021 for a cool $39 million.)

As part of a human trafficking investigation by Homeland Security on March 25, Diddy's residences were searched. The fate of his four homes will be determined by the outcome of the legal process.

"Did these properties play a role in Mr. Combs' alleged "Freak Offs?"

If that situation occurs and if Mr. Combs is proven guilty of the alleged crimes, the government could confiscate the properties directly.

A neighbor who lives across the street from the island told the Miami Herald that parties were "frequent" at Diddy's mansion, with people "coming and going at all hours, their cars parked along the exclusive island's single palm-lined road."

What comes next?

Many fans believe Mr. Combs was eager to collaborate, with singer and song writer R. Kelly, in the remake of Akon's classic "Locked Up." Those reports are yet to be confirmed.
